Our project is intended to be a cultural destination that places significant attention on the Landmark Pioneer Bank building. This historic and majestic building is the impetus and inspiration for the entire project. The bank building’s ground floor will be occupied by a series of community incubator workspaces where organizations such as Arquitectos and BTEC can have a dignified workplace that allows them to do the great work that they are doing in the community. The annex building on the ground floor will be used as a community café and restaurant, allowing the users of the new complex to have an adjacent eatery, but more importantly, it will provide an additional amenity for the neighborhood.
